Anxiety Unmasked: Traits, States, and How They Impact You

This week I’m looking at anxiety. Well to be precise two types of anxiety, the so called traits and states. Anxiety is a word we all throw around, a feeling we all share but it comes in more forms than most people realise and to understand more about anxiety is to be on the road to managing it better.
